We are very excited to announce that a new Super HEROS chapter will be opening in Regina, Saskatchewan this fall, hometown of our newest NHL Ambassador Tyler Bozak. Our newest members will join more than 800 other HEROS players across Canada wearing the same HEROS jersey, knowing that they are part of a team of peers across Canada. 2019/20 will be HEROS 20th season using the game of hockey to make meaningful impacts in the lives of youth across Canada.

“This launch of Super HEROS reminds me of the excitement we had 20 seasons ago when we launched our very first HEROS program in Vancouver. Knowing that we can use the game of hockey to make a real impact in the lives of our players, and their families, is really what the power of sport can do.” Norm Flynn, HEROS Founder.

We are proud to announce that the Super HEROS pilot project launched in Calgary in 2018/19 was such a success that we are bringing Super HEROS to more cities in Western Canada.

Chapter Information:

  • This program will be available to 24 boys & girls ages 7-17 living with cognitive & physical challenges
  • The season will run Saturday mornings, October 19 to April 11
  • All equipment will be provided free of charge
  • There are no fees to take part

As part of the Canadian Adapted Hockey Alliance, we are committed to creating opportunities for children & youth living with developmental, cognitive & physical disabilities to develop their strength, hockey skills, sportsmanship and life skills while deepening their love of the game and their team.

We would like to express our deepest thanks to chapter partners Canadian Tire Jumpstart ParaSport, Hockey Regina, Autism Resource Centre, and Wascana Rehabilitation Centre. With their support we have been able to bring this important program to Regina.
